Submitting projects online

If you are experiencing difficulty accessing your on-line account, please make a note of the error message you see and inform the Foundation's team at the following address:

When you confirm the submission of your project on the website, you should automatically receive a summary of your application and a confirmation of receipt. If you do not receive the confirmation email, your project may not have been successfully submitted.

Check if you correctly submitted the project on your on-line account. If your project seems to have been correctly submitted, please contact the Foundation's team at to inform them of the problem you have encountered.

You should be informed within around two months after submitting your project whether it has been pre-selected by the Foundation or not.

The project is then presented to a Project Selection Committee within the following four months.
