Professional integration of refugee women from Ukraine - Fundacja Mamo Pracuj - WeCanDoIT #YouAreNotAlone - Poland

This project aims at helping women refugees from Ukraine currently living in Poland to find employment. Thanks to its network of volunteers, the association offers individual assistance, collective training and contacts with their network of partner companies. Reacting to the different needs of these women, the association also offers administrative and legal support to the beneficiaries, in order to orient them on the Polish labor market. The Air Liquide Foundation is supporting this project with €18,689 to employ professional integration experts.

SisterCircleEU4UA mentorship - Pislyazavtra (Day After Tomorrow) -Ukraine 

The project aims to create mentoring pairs to support the integration of Ukrainian refugee women in their country of immigration, mainly in Belgium and Germany. Mentors will provide 1-2 hours of support per month for 6-8 months to help these women - who have a managerial level and good command of English - in their job search. The objective is to support 120 Ukrainian women thanks to the commitment of 20 women mentors from the Air Liquide Group and 40 mentors from the European Women on Board (EWOB) network. The €15,000 endowment finances the salaries of the program coordinators.

English lessons and job interview preparation for Ukrainian women in Krakow - Fondation One World One Heart - Poland

Within the framework of the project "Take your chance", the association helps refugee women from Ukraine to learn English, to prepare for job interviews, to write a CV and to create a community of women. Divided into modules, these various workshops are spread over 6 to 7 weeks. The €15,600 endowment helps in financing these modules.
