Group employees in Spain are involved in the Foundation's projects.

Since its creation, the commitment of Air Liquide employees has added value to the Foundation's projects. They act as project managers, liaising between the Foundation and the association in the field, as well as volunteering alongside the beneficiaries.

In Spain, they have been involved in the second Professional Integration project run by the Tomillo Foundation. The new programme includes training in welding and logistics, with two courses in each area. These certifications aim to increase the employability of young people by equipping them with technical and behavioural skills, while addressing the recruitment challenges faced by local businesses in certain professions.

Through an employee engagement plan set up by the Air Liquide Foundation, Air Liquide employees have supplemented Tomillo's training with masterclasses dedicated to welding, safety awareness modules, visits to the Villaverde site and professional internships. Beyond the Foundation's financial support, employees' commitment contributes significantly to students' training by showing them the reality of their future profession.
