The Board of Directors' role is to define the Foundation's philanthropy objectives and to approve the annual budget.

It is also responsible for the final approval of scientific research projects on the environment and on healthcare / respiration. The Board of Directors of the Foundation meets twice a year.

The Board of Directors of the Foundation is composed of ten members, including six members of Air Liquide and four third parties with relevant experience in environmental issues, health and local development micro-initiatives.
