Assistance dog training center for disabled people

  • Solidarity

In Brittany, the Air Liquide Foundation endorses Handi’Chiens in its mission to train assistance dogs for children and adults who lack mobility and autonomy.

Managing Director of Biotechmarine – an Air Liquide entity – and project sponsor, Guénolé Le Calvez visited the Handi’Chiens Brittany Center in April along with Xavier Drago, General Delegate of the Air Liquide Foundation. Meeting volunteers as well as several dogs and their masters, they were impressed by the activities the association is carrying out. Among the other people present at this visit were Bertand Hillion – the board member of SEPPIC¹ who proposed the project to the Air Liquide Foundation – and Marc Le Fur, French local deputy and Vice-President of the National Assembly.

¹ SEPPIC is an Healthcare entity of Air Liquide. BiotechMarine is a subsidiary of SEPPIC.
