14 new projects approved in September

In September 2016, the Project Selection Committee approved 14 new micro-initiatives.
Thus, 255 projects have been approved by the Air Liquide Foundation since its creation in 2008.


  • Reading and libraries development in the governorate of Kasserine in Tunisia
  • Redesigning of a socio-educational and a numerical space for the benefit of young people in Senegal
  • Involvement against school dropout in France


  • Study about the selection of bees able to resist against a parasite called varroa in France


  • Promoting access to education for disabled children in Egypt
  • Musical stimulation of disabled and suffering children’s creativity in France
  • Acquisition of assistance dogs and of a transport vehicle in France
  • Improvement of the quality of life of children weakened by illness and handicap in France

Access to health

  • Support to the medical environment of a recreational therapy program for severely ill children in France


  • Implementation of a new reception centre for homeless people in France
  • Support to a shipyard in a boat’s renovation for the inclusion of excluded young people in France
  • Fitting out of a shelter for women and children refugees in Austria
  • Furnishing of studios in an intergenerational house in France
  • Creation of an access for disabled people in the premises of an association supporting refugees in France
