Development of rice cultivation and fish farming in Fianarantsoa, Madagascar

Is it possible to stimulate sustainable local fish farming while eliminating malnutrition among peasant populations, especially in the Haute Matsiatra region? Working closely with local agricultural cooperatives, the NGO APDRA has set out to answer this question with a project that pairs rice cultivation with fish farming.
