The Air Liquide Foundation is supporting the association Casa da Criança e do Adolescente de Santo Amaro Grossarl by permitting it to replace all its computer equipment.
The Casa da Criança e do Adolescente de Santo Amaro Grossarl is a Brazilian association founded in 1980 that welcomes young people from the city of Santo Amaro, a suburb of São Paulo, who are in great difficulty. The association takes these young people in charge most often at the request of families, judges or social assistants. It now houses about 40 youngsters, teenagers and young adults in its center. During the day, it also welcomes other young people, offering them courses: tutoring for the youngest and an introduction to professional life (computer technology, pastry shop/bakery) for adolescents.
As the association’s computer equipment is obsolete, the Air Liquide Foundation financed the replacement of its material. As a result, the association can now offer quality training to young people so that they can more easily access the job market.
