One foundation, three missions [ Return towards The Foundation ]
In line with its sustainable development approach, Air Liquide has chosen to focus its Foundation’s action on three areas in which the Group, through its activities and presence throughout the world, has clear legitimacy: the Environment, Healthcare/Respiration and Micro-Initiatives linked to local development.
Environment
- Scientific research on protecting the environment favoring everything that can contribute to preserving our planet’s atmosphere.
Healthcare/Respiration
- Scientific research on improving the respiratory function, especially in the medical sector and in space exploration, deep-sea diving and sports.
Micro-Initiatives
- Support for Micro-Initiatives encouraging proximity actions and local anchoring in the regions of the world where the Group is present and in fields it which it has expertise. As examples, education, training, medical emergencies and the preservation of the industrial heritage can be priority targets.
