The Air Liquide Foundation Board of Directors is composed of 9 members, five of which come from the Air Liquide group, one person representing Air Liquide employees, and three others from outside the Group qualified in the environment, healthcare and Micro-Initiative fields. The Board meets at least twice a year.

Hynd Bouhia
Advisor to the CEO of CDG Développement de la Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion du Maroc; and associate professor, head of the Economics and Finance Department of the International University of Rabat. Previously, Hynd Bouhia held the position of General Manager of the Casablanca Stock Exchange and was advisor to the Prime Minister of Morocco. She has also contributed her competencies in the environmental field to the World Bank.
